Community Housing & Respite Facilities

Fidem Property Group worked collaboratively with Compass Housing, a non-profit organisation, on the design and delivery of innovative accommodation and respite care facilities for the disabled. The Group acquired the sites, managed the approvals process and delivered a turn-key solution that exceeded all expectations. Each dwelling adhered to strict design guidelines around the needs of disabled occupants and was certified to the platinum level of the Liveable Housing Design Guidelines.
