Watermark Facade Remediation Works

New environmental planning regulations have come into effect to ensure building facades meet certain safety requirements, buildings containing combustible aluminium composite panels (ACP) and other combustible facade products will need to comply with the new regulations to reduce the potential risk of fire to a building’s façade ensuring the safety of its residents. Fidem was engaged to review, design and reclad two towers at the Watermark Towers in Bella Vista, on successful completion of the project, the Watermark towers will be fully compliant with the new regulations.
