The Fidem Story

Fidem Property Group is a rapidly evolving property and construction partner based in Sydney.

Established in 2009 with the goal of amassing a strategic property portfolio across Sydney’s thriving North West corridor, Fidem Property Group delivered a number of successful construction projects in quick succession. Following these initial successes, the Group branched out in 2013, offering its construction and development expertise to commercial and residential clients. Today, Fidem Property Group works across a range of build and development projects, bringing their expertise to bear on everything from townhouses to urban renewal projects, such as their contribution to redeveloping the inner-city Wickham precinct in Newcastle.
