Fidem was engaged by the homeowners to deliver this beautifully designed French provincial home, a challenging site which was further exasperated by flooding and soil controls. A robust engineering design solution was required and the team at Fidem were able to work with its consultants to successfully navigate the project out of the ground in the most cost-effective way for the client. Having set solid foundations the team delivered a tasteful residence for the family, with soaring high ceilings, chefs style gourmet kitchen and luxury flooring throughout
