Bimbadgen Estate one of the Hunter Valleys most renowned wineries engaged Fidem Property and Construction to give its cellar door and fine dining restaurant ESCA, a quick refresh. With the global pandemic in full swing the team at Fidem had to manage through new safety and health regulations as well as deliver the project with minimal business disruption.
