Corner Lot Subdivision & Two Double Storey Homes

Fidem worked with the estate developer Mirvac and Melton city council to subdivide the original lot into two Torrens title lots. On completion of the subdivision Arden Homes a boutique home builder based in Victoria was engaged to design and construct two 5 bedroom residences, each with their own unique façade and internal features. The homes were designed to capture each dwellings aspect and to maximise the building envelopes, ensuring the final designs met the needs of potential home buyers looking for quality homes in an award winning master planned community
